研究大学コンソーシアム（RUC）の幹事機関である自然科学研究機構の小泉周特任教授及びRUC のメンバーを中心とする国内 10 大学（以下「プロジェクト参加大学」という。）の図書館長は連名で、Springer Nature とジャーナルの転換契約に係るパイロットプロジェクト（以下「本プロジェクト」という。）を実施するにあたり、本合意書を交わす。

This Joint Statement (JS) for executing a pilot journal Transformative Agreement (Pilot TA) with Springer Nature will be signed in the joint names of Dr. Amane Koizumi, Project Professor of National Institutes of Natural Sciences (NINS) who is the sole Executive Member of RUC and Library Directors of ten universities, mainly of RUC members (hereinafter referred to as “Participating Universities”).
